Get Your Code
Every order includes unique authentication codes sent to your email. Find your code in the order confirmation email.
Choose Your Line
Select the product line your figure belongs to — Chibogbots or Retro Riot — then enter your serial code.
Get Certified
Once verified, your figure is claimed as yours and you receive a digital certificate of authenticity.
Common Questions
Where do I find my authentication code?
Your serial code is included in your order confirmation email. If you have an account, you can also find it on your order detail page.
Can a code be used more than once?
No. Each serial code can only be claimed once. This ensures only the rightful owner can authenticate the figure.
What if I bought secondhand?
If the previous owner already claimed the code, it will show as already authenticated. Contact us at info@yugenlabs.shop for ownership transfer assistance.
I lost my email. Can I still get my code?
If you have a Yugenlabs account, log in and check your order details. Otherwise, email us at info@yugenlabs.shop with your order info and we can resend it.
I think I have a counterfeit. What should I do?
If the verification check returns an error or the details don't match your product, please contact us immediately at info@yugenlabs.shop.
