1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using yugenlabs.shop ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. One account per person. Notify us immediately at info@yugenlabs.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). USD estimates shown on the site are converted from PHP at approximate daily exchange rates and are provided for reference only — the PHP price is the binding price. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Full payment is required at checkout for both in-stock items and pre-orders.
4. Pre-Orders
A pre-order is a binding purchase for a product that has not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the full amount at checkout. Estimated release dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed — production timelines for handmade designer collectibles may shift.
Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the estimated release date. After that window, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. To request a cancellation, email info@yugenlabs.shop with your order code.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the Philippines. International shipping may be offered for select drops and will be indicated at checkout when available. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier. Yugenlabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

See our Returns & Refunds page for full details. In summary: unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund upon inspection. Custom or limited-edition items are final sale unless defective.
7. Product Authentication
Each Yugenlabs collectible comes with a unique serial code and digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Entering the serial code on our authentication page registers the unit in our system. "Verified" means the serial code is recorded in the Yugenlabs database — it is not a legal appraisal, guarantee of resale value, or warranty of investment return. Authentication records are permanent and non-transferable without contacting Yugenlabs.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to product designs, character names, 3D models, photographs, illustrations, branding, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Yugenlabs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Yugenlabs content without prior written permission.
Sharing photos of your own Yugenlabs collectibles on social media is encouraged, provided you credit Yugenlabs where practical.
9. User Content
Any content you submit to the site (reviews, comments, photos) may be moderated, edited, or removed at our discretion. By posting, you grant Yugenlabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with promoting Yugenlabs products. You retain ownership of your original content.
10. Tracking & Analytics
By using this site, you acknowledge that we use third-party tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel / Conversions API, and Klaviyo. Non-essential tracking cookies are set only with your consent. You may manage your preferences through your browser settings.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Yugenlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yugenlabs, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on the Site. The "Effective" date at the top indicates the last revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
